Wholesale FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?

We accept wholesale orders from 25 kg per SKU for spices and 10 kg per SKU for tea. Lower trial quantities are possible for first-time buyers — just mention it in your enquiry.

Do you offer private-label / contract packing?

Yes. We private-label spice mixes and single-origin Darjeeling tea for retailers and cloud kitchens. Minimum run size depends on SKU and packaging format — typically 500 units per design.

Can you ship outside India?

Yes, we work with FSSAI/APEDA-compliant exporters for shipments to the UAE, Singapore, the UK, and the US. Export pricing, documentation, and Phyto certificates are handled per shipment.

What payment and credit terms do you offer?

First order: 100% advance. From the second order onwards, standard credit periods (Net 15 / Net 30) are available to registered businesses subject to KYC and trade references.
